Structural design of a 7-storey office building with ground floor car parking and central atrium.
The building has extensive glazed elevations and floor plates which step back at each floor to maintain sight-lines from Gibraltar airport runway.
The building was designed and built in reinforced concrete with reinforced concrete shear walls for stability. Foundations were piled with tying groundbeams to satisfy seismic design requirements.
