Managing, co-ordinating and designing the RIBA stage 3 & 4 deliverables for all civils works.
Liaising with the various other disciplines including architects, mechanical & electrical engineers, geotechnical engineers, arboriculturists, structural engineers, BREEAM, etc.
These included the pavement design, drainage design, earthworks, existing services, designer’s risk assessments, CDM hazards plans, etc.
Also assisted with negotiations for the Design & Build novation contract.
