This development consisted of 7 new industrial warehouses, located in Bootle ranging in size from 3,277m2 to 19,510m2. Each unit houses additional mezzanine office space and the development also features a service yard to each unit with varying numbers of loading bays to each unit.
- Oversaw the demolition of the existing Rolls Royce factory from a structural perspective.
- Produced structural models for the new units, using Tekla Structural Designer and Tekla Portal Frame designer.
- Designed all foundations and coordinated with civil engineering teams to ensure no foundation clashes or surcharging.
- Undertook full embodied carbon assessment of all structures, considering sustainability from the Stage 2 offset of the project.
