Structural design of a 4 / 5-storey continuing learning building to accommodate teaching in various vocational subjects. The steel framed building consists of 2 wings with central atriums set at 90 degrees to a large diameter circular rotunda building which is open full height centrally for a performance space with a spiral walkway internally around the perimeter to provide access to each wing.
